Shipping Charges
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Does not include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like your order shipped with a tracking number or insurance the fee will be higher. Express Shipping is available for $12.00USD to the US and Canada. Express shipping includes a tracking number and insurance. For international rates please contact customer support at customerservice@allkrisber.com. Items are shipped within 24 hrs of us receiving payment. Except for US Holidays. Any other delays in the shipment of your order you will be notified by email. So please provide us with a valid email address.

We want you to be satisfied with our products. Please let us know if your not satisfied with your purchase. Refunds or exchanges will be given if items were sent in error on our part, or if the item has been misrepresented in any way. If you were sent the wrong item, inaccurately described item, or a defective item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns after 7 days will not be refunded or replaced. If a refund or exchange is requested for any reason other than error on our part there will be a 15% restocking fee. All returns and refunds will be given an authorization number that you will need to have with your return in order to get the refund or replacement item. If you return with out the authorization the merchandise can be returned back to you COD. If we decided to keep the return a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Please be sure to carefully read the descriptions for lengths, sizes, and materials before placing your order.
All items must be returned with the original packing slip.
